1) International Buffet: Traditional Dutch dishes prepared with an International touch
Freshly baked old-fashioned and handmade bread with delicious salted butter and herb butter
First course: Asparagus soup from Limburg with Norwegian shrimps and shredded lettuce
Main Courses:
" Grandmother's meatballs in a spicy tandoori sauce
" Dutch fish stew fish prepared with Belgian beer and French mustard
" Chicory salad with apple and a sweet-and-sour Thai dressing
" Braised leeks with a mixture of Italian cheeses
" Country omelette with Zeeland mussels and a sweet-and -sour Chinese sauce
Dessert: International cheese board with French bread, rye bread, apple spread and marmalade
2) Indonesian Buffet: A culinary trip through the Far East
On the table : selection off prawn crackers
First course: Salad of Thai veal fillet with crispy lettuce, oyster sauce, ginger, mint and fresh coriander

" Hor mok Talay Thai red fish curry with crab fillet of cod

3) Mediterranean Buffet:
On the tables: Freshly baked ciabatta with olive oil, sea salt and tapenade.
First course: Soft creamy French soup made with lobster and cognac, served with a swirl of cream and crisp crouton.

" Marocain lamb casserole with courgette and saffron
" Salmone e carciofi salmon filet Italian style with artichokes
" Spanish tortilla omelette with peppers, onions and potatoes, served slightly warm
" Greek Salad crispy lettuce, feta, tomatoes and marinated olives
" A delicious offering of two types of pasta tossed with pesto, a trio of grated cheeses, capers, croutons and fresh basil.
Dessert: Crepe suzette delicate pancakes served hot with an orange sauce and flamed with Grand Marnier
