A wide range of interactive workshops, presentations and discussions will be conducted during four days of the Market, from 3rd till 6th of November.

On the first day of the Market trade visitors will have an opportunity to attend the highly successful WTM Speed Networking session, which brings together exhibitors and buyers for quick business meeting. WTM Captains of Industry Lunch will also be conducted on the 3rd of November. More than 200 leading industry heads of commercial travel organisations are invited to share their experience and individual knowledge. Former Sainsbury’s CEO Justin King and the journalist of BBC Stephen Sackur will give presentations and will be open to answer all relevant questions. On the 4th of November visitors, interested in economic impact of tourism, hotel development, Europe’s tourism crisis and environmental issues, will be able to participate in discussions with professionals and consultants of the tourist industry.

On the 5th of November an important session regarding Sport Tourism and development strategy of this sector will be conducted. Sport Tourism expert Professor Terry Stevens and CEO’s of SportCal, Sport Event Denmark, Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, Grand Départ Tour de France Yorkshire 2014 will conduct the discussion. Visitors who are interested in Duty free & travel retail should not miss the workshop of the president of Duty Free World Council Frank OConell.

On the last day of WTM various events will take place: Holidays Matter Conference, HSMAI Europe Digital Marketing Conference, Bloggers Speed Networking and many more. Visitors will be able to get up-to-date information about adventure, medical and wellness travel, and receive professional advice on professional advice on employment conditions corporate social responsibilities in the tourist industry.
