" Ok, but could have been better. "

This is my second tour with your company so I want to give some constructive feedback. It was quite confusing leaving the store going to the bus. Lots of people were unsure of where to go an led to complaints and emotions that were not conducive to a pleasant tour. I would suggest a closer pick up point. The Delft factory was very good and time was about right but a bit rushed if you want to buy something. Also the tour of the Old Delft city was very rushed. It takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city center and only left 20 minutes to see the very unique town. I suggest at least 30 minutes more in Delft city. Tour of the Hague was pretty much useless as you can only drive by and not see much. Madurodam was nice and better than expected but time spent there was too long for me. Could have been 15 to 20 minutes less. So in summary less time in Maduordam, more time in Delft factory and Delft city, and do something different in the Hague portion rather than just drive by the place. To me the Delft area was the most interesting and needed more time.

No walking tour of Hague, which was disappointment. Not enough time to explore and enjoy Miniature City of Madorodum. But overall it was a good tour and I enjoyed it.

Loved Delft and to get a chance to see how the pottery was made. The gift store had a great variety to choose from and made a dent in my wallet. Madurodam was a fun place to visit and marvel at all the miniatures. The Hague was interesting and provided me with a lot of information I hadn't previously thought about.
